I arrived home from the office at around 4:30 PM and reached my house within 10 minutes. After a brief 15-minute relaxation period, I began my warm-up routine. I completed 33 push-ups, 33 pull-ups, 15 squats, 100 skips, and 100 jumping jacks. Following that, I put on my boxing gloves and started punching and kicking the punch bag. This is my way of relieving stress.
After an hour of intense workout, I cleaned myself up and prepared for prayer and breaking my fast. At 8:30 PM, I went out for dinner with colleagues from the business and technology industries. It's an exciting day to be presented with an opportunity to generate new ideas, challenge my thinking, and venture into a new business field. I have been invited to join them in running an airplane business, despite lacking knowledge or experience in this particular industry.
