Health Checkup Schedule (Bonda)

Every Month:
  • Monitor Blood Glucose Level (BGL)
  • Monitor Blood Pressure (BP)
  • Monitor Cholesterol Levels

Every 3 Months:
  • Comprehensive blood test conducted by an internal medicine specialist

Every Year:
  • Cardiac stress test (treadmill) with a cardiologist
  • Echography (ultrasound) to assess 11 vital organs

Every 5 Years:
  • Colonoscopy

Exercise:
  • Light physical activity is highly encouraged — brisk walking is ideal and recommended

Weight Monitoring:
  • Check and record body weight every two weeks
  • Note: Unintentional weight loss in older adults may indicate bone or muscle loss. Regular monitoring is essential.
