A massive 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Bangkok from Myanmar, and it looks like I'll have to work during Eid. I had originally planned to stay in Kuala Lumpur until the second day of Eid, but I may now extend my stay in Bangkok for work. My wife has to leave for work on Friday, and I’m figuring out how to manage my work in Thailand while ensuring my teenage boys can attend school in Cyprus. Bringing the quadruplets wouldn’t be an issue. The Eid spirit feels dampened, but I remind myself to be grateful—the building is still standing, and no one was hurt.
