It's 3:30 AM in Manila, and I'm still at the office reviewing documents, completing necessary purchases, and reorganizing the project. This morning, a group of 30 construction workers from India, along with some staff, arrived to spearhead this project. Time is of the essence, and progress has been less than optimal. I am in the process of revising the plan, and they will commence work tomorrow. Regrettably, approximately 70% of the original workers and staff involved in this project have been promptly terminated. It was a decision I had to make. I am under time pressure and must make swift decisions. This is the best option available to me.
Restarting this project, I hope for a successful outcome.
